It was Luke who led after the first round of the event, finishing with the quickest time in the dumbbell medley. The super yoke was the second challenge and a strong showing from Bishop saw him leap into first place, with Tom and Luke in second and third respectively.

The axle deadlift saw Tom separate from his brother along with Bishop and Hicks. The eventual top trio managed eight reps each to cement themselves into the top three positions in the table, with Bishop in the lead. The loading race saw Stoltman take the lead for the first time, setting up a tense Castle Stones finale with just three points between he and Bishop.
